Insurance

Each insurance company oversees different plans. Additionally we may be in or out of network with certain companies. The following list of insurers does not guarantee coverage at Golden Point. When you book an appointment with us we will verify your plan and be able to provide you with specific coverage details.

The following are insurance companies with whom we have billing relationships:

Please note that we do not accept American Specialty Health plans.

Please provide us with your insurance information 72 hours prior to your appointment to guarantee it will be used for your visit. Part of your intake before your initial appointment will include collecting the information.

Should you have acupuncture coverage with a different insurance company, a superbill may be provided at the time of treatment for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance of your appointment time so we may reach out to other patients in need.  We have a 24 hour cancellation policy; if you cancel in that window, regular treatment rates apply.  Thank you for understanding.
